How long does delivery take? (esp. non-metro cities)+
We maintain a delivery commitment of 5-7 working days pan India. The delivery can get delayed during festival season so we appreciate your patience during those times.
What are the shipping charges? Is there free shipping above a certain order value?+
We have free delivery for all orders so feel free to order trial pack or full month supply.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Your order ID will be generated which can be used to track your order status. Once shipped, the delivery tracking details will be shared..

Our coffees are freshly roasted and if stored properly can last for 6-8 months.
How fresh is Rainbrews coffee?+
We roast in small batches with consistency in mind. For the best experience, keep the bag sealed until you are ready to brew and enjoy the coffee soon after opening.
Which brewing method should I use?+
Our coffees can be enjoyed in different formats. Choose the coffee and roast that fits your preferred ritual — from espresso to filter and everyday brews.
How should I store it after opening?+
Our coffee should be stored in their original packaging or airtight container in cool dark place for maximum life.
